Bought a mutton leg and I got home and so much of fat on the meat!!.It was disgusting. I am so disappointed and angry. The man weighed the meat after he cut it and charged me £59. He has even put the hoof into the bag to make it weigh more. Seriously considering reporting them to the local council trading standards. This is the second time they've said "it's good meat" whilst cheating me.

I try to support my local grocery, but it seems the manager at the till is dishonest and overcharges me every time I buy groceries here. Numerous times I see that an item cost more than it should on my receipt. I try to ignore it but I can’t not longer and I won’t be supporting this stop anymore. As I believe the manager at the till is dishonest.

Was unwell & came to get a tiny piece of haldi. Did not have cash for about 10p worth of haldi so the man was kind enough to give it to me. I will come back and return the money I owe, but I thought it was very kind of the gentleman at the till.

They openly and proudly sell dates from Israel. When I tried to politely inform a staff member that the certain brand of date is from Israel. They got shouty and defensive and bacically referenced so what. This not only show horrible customer service but also contrasts personal views. Will not shop from here again.

Selling mutton? as lamb on the meat counter. Claimed it would take 15 mins to cook, which seemed unlikely. After over 2 hours I put in the slow cooker overnight but it was still as tough as old boots in the morning, totally inedible, waste of my time and money! Not even sure what meat it was!! Rest of the store is great, staff lovely. The butcher’s let’s it down!
