   I wanted ladies lightweight walking shoes and was recommended this shop. On entering there were 2 people assisting and they were really helpful as I was ignorant as to what I needed for a touring holiday round Ireland. They asked me which shoes I liked the look of and then got me to try on all the different shoes, checking the fit of each and we both came up with the one that was most comfortable. I have tried them today walking 6000 steps and they are great. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Well done to both assistants

   walked in around 4pm today for a quick look for a specific type of shoe. Sam was great and found what I wanted straight away. walked out with a great pair of shoes at a discounted price too! Highly recommend!

   I came into the shop for the first time today and had the most fantastic customer service. The staff were very knowledgeable and let me try three different trainers before I bought these excellent Road running trainers. They had a wide selection of shoes all at very good prices. I am an experienced runner and can safely say this is the best Running shop I have been in

   On a weekend break I called into Yorkshire Runner to enquire about Hoka Clifton 9 shoes. Unfortunately they didn't have my size and informed me a new model was being released. I tried on a few other pairs to get the correct size. They then checked online to see if they could size order a pair in my size. Thankfully they could. They covered postage to send them to me in Northern Ireland. The staff were extremely helpful and the customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend calling into Yorkshire Runner if you ate in the Otley area.

   As a novice runner, going here was a surprise. Not only did they find a pair of shoes in my budget that fit and work, but even explained how they act in comparison to my running style! I have never had someone so clearly say what something does for me and give me tips the whole way through. I highly recommend to anyone.

   My first visit here to buy some running shoes and the service was excellent. The lady who looked after me took note of my requirements and offered up different trail shoes to try on. I also got to try them outside the shop too. The fit process was good and I found I needed a slightly wider shoe, something I wouldn't have known by buying online

   Really good service. Went to buy some trail shoes without much of a clue. Got to try a few pairs on and run up and down the street in them to make sure I got the right fit. Shop was quite busy but I was allowed plenty of time to make a decision. Would definitely recommend.
