Been with darnall pharmacy for a few months now, the staff and delivery person are absolutely brilliant, helpful and thoughtful and very approachable. Would definitely recommend.
Did not feel safe while ordering through the intercom at 8.45pm. although the pharmacist was on point and service was fine, they didn't have much of a selection of general meds for infants! Went to the petrol station across the street for some gaviscon :D Edit: After reply: Sure, I'll give you an extra star, but please stock up on infant stuff. Having seen the same kind of thing at the petrol station, big perspex shield between cashier and payee, I totally get why youd want to serve over intercom at this time of night.
I needed a prescription urgently today. This was the sixth pharmacy I contacted, none had the items in stock some offered to order but this was the only one that offered to order it and get it for me the same day. The staff went to great lengths trying different suppliers and certainly went the extra mile. The service was excellent. I got my items, but would have been happy with them if not because at least they were willing to try. Very pleased, I would give a ten star review if possible. Many thanks
Rang the pharmacy beforehand to ask if they offer something for free as I’m in a low income household and have a 6 month old child. Was told by a woman that they did offer it for free to some people but she wasn’t sure who. I asked her if she could go and find out who gets it for free. She went away and came back and said if you’re under 45 it should be fine. I rang before hand because I have social anxiety disorder and situations like these cause me a great deal of Distress. When I got there, I was told by the pharmacist that it not free. I said I was told it was on the phone. He went to ask the lady I spoke to and she basically denied ever saying it was free. I then asked to speak to her, she took a while to come out and then denied to face what was said in the conversation that we had. I explained to her I would leave a review and turned to leave. As I was walking away she shouted ‘FINE’ behind me as I left. Completely unprofessional, unnecessary and childish conduct from this woman. Hope she takes the time to reflect on her manner
I think you should close this gp section only open pharmacy. Everytime when we call they said we don't have an appointment yet go pharmacy or walking center.
Worst customer service and very rude had to wait 20 mins for preordered prescription and couldn’t be bother to even apologise to me.
Hi, had to check to see if the pharmacy had antibiotics in stock. The call was answer quickly and the member staff was friendly. I gave the item I was looking for but the item was not in stock. Quick telephone call.
The WORST service i have ever come across in all my years. Failed to order a prescription from 23/09 which my partner is in dire need of, then sent us back and forth to another pharmacy while he is in severe pain struggling to walk due to urinary retention and then when proven they were in the wrong, proceeded to antagonise my partner with raised voices asking him 'what does he want them to do' 'not our problem' 'get out' etc so unprofessional and rude will never go back in. Young tall asian boy with a vile attitude problem and clearly cannot be bothered to do his job properly. The treatment of their patients is utterly disgusting.
I've always recieved excellent customer service when I have collected my medications from this pharmacy. The staff are all always friendly, personable and extremely helpful. On numerous occassions the staff at darnall pharmacy have gone out of their way to make sure I get my medication on time. Overall, I highly reccomend this pharmacy !
