first class service nothing to much trouble, very polite and helpful , some prescription have to come from their central hub but that is no real problem just submit repeat prescriptions but allow extra time
Recently changed to collecting my perscriptions from here after the service at willowbrook pharmacy went down the toilet. Much better service very organised and professional. In and out within a few minutes even with a queue when I arrived.
Very polite and helpful staff. The male pharmacist was really informative when I popped in looking for medication to clear up a mysterious rash, which he basically diagnosed within seconds and saved me a trip to the doctors.
On 2 separate occasions ordered prescriptions and not got what I ordered the first time I ordered inhalers and they gave me a bottle of Oramorph which surely is dangerous to give this to just anyone. The second time I ordered omeprazole and they gave me laxido I told her I didn't order that or need it but forced me to take it anyway even though I told her it would be going in bin. I don't know if this is a money making scheme for them because then you have to order again so they make more money or they just don't know what there doing.
The pharmacist, at the pharmacy is the best around. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for prescriptions, medication or his perfect advice. Thank you!!
Nice friendly chemist, but scripts are never ready always a long wait which is an inconvenience
I was passing during work hours to pick up eye drops for my 4 month old and I arrived at the pharmacy a couple were gathering outside so i decided to go get in the queue and they opened the doors at 1:30 and the couple in front of me were served and I explained that the prescription was placed in the morning and the lady went to look for it, found it and passed it over the back, i stepped aside. A few more people and a lady wanting a flu jab were served after me, then 20 minutes later and I am the only person left in the room, so I stood up as if to say I'm really ready for going now, the lady said; we're just wait for the chemist to check the prescription over he not be long now hes just giving someone a flu jab. its just not good enough, i was in there a total of 25 minutes for eye drops, serve the people who were already there. And the fact that you don't sell baby milk but i can buy dog biscuits and flea powder from you is Pathetic!!!!!
Despite this Pharmacy’s website and indeed the notice on the door saying it closes at 6pm it closes well before 5.50pm. I even telephoned them at 5.43pm and spoke to the Pharmacist who said I could be served to buy medication for our poorly child, but wouldn’t be able to get a prescription as the computers had already ‘timed out’ and they were already closed but he did say he would let me in. However, when I arrived at the store at 5.48pm it was locked up and in darkness, just 3 faces peering over the counter at me through the locked door! Refusing to let me in. Disgusting service, knowing full well we had a poorly child who only needed “P” categorisation of medication. Avoid this pathetic excuse of a health care provider!!!!!! They only care about getting home on time not offering the service they are contracted to provide to their community.
With being a patient at Woodlands Medical Practice and requiring monthly medication l am a fairly regular visitor to this chemist. I have found the staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There is ample parking and wheelchair accessible.
