   Great service & very friendly staff. Staff try their very best under the circumstances of a busy work place. The staff have extremely good product knowledge and would definitely recommend this place for both prescriptions and medicine advice.

   Terrible service and very unhelpful staff. I have a repeat prescription every month which they are supposed to collect from Birley Health Centre but so far this year they have failed to do this simple task 8 out of 10 months, often blaming the health centre saying it was not there to collect but each time i have checked it is the box waiting. Their other common excuse is they have a temporary pick up driver who did not know to collect!! When i complained about the issue the staff became aggressive saying go somewhere else if not satisfied with the service and they are not there to take abuse which i certainly was not.

   Disgusting and rude service from the dispensing pharmacist. Almost every time I go in for my REGULAR repeat prescription, it's almost always short dispensed or not in stock. This is a prescription that is send direct from my doctor's..Do they not check the stock level for this confirmed order ? Last time I waited almost 20 minutes only then to be told my prescription was short of the full amount. The old woman pahrmacist was stood for 20 minutes staring at a computer screen before she clearly had a word with another parson who came and told.me ..AFTER WAITING 20 MINUTES ! When my wife called in to pick up the remaining part of my prescription a couple of days later, she was left another 20 minutes before they even dispensed it. It was to fulfil a short order...why didn't they get it ready to pick up ? ABHORRENT service from this shop. PLUS THEY ALMOST NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE when you try to phone up to enquire if your prescription is ready. They clearly think that Thier pick and pack staff are above the customers they serve. GO ELSEWHERE..You'll be doing yourself a BIG favour.

   Order meds 2 weeks in advice go to collect them and not even ready, staff very rude pharmacist told me if I don't like the service go elsewhere I would but can't get my dad's nomads anywhere else as other chemist are full with these

   The worst set up ever. Its amazing they are allowed to trade. My father needs his monthly prescription either he tries to get it or me. There has never been one month where its ready or even right. When my mum was on palliative care they were unbelievable. Back then they answered the phone said it's ready then get there to find they dont know about it or theres no pharmacist. Years ago I packed in going there because of these reasons it's never changed no matter how many staff there is . They need to be checked by some organization that looks over pharmacists and service.
