   Think the large black lady with the glasses behind the counter needs find another job, don’t know where she learned her customer care skills but she should get a refund. No please or thank you’s , curt to the point of rudeness, maybe a smile and eye contact would be in order to customers spending hard earned cash in the shop, not that I will be spending money in there in the future .

   I gave one star , due to the service l received at this Phamarcy by the lady named Diva. I was waiting by the till for about 5 minutes , she was behind the counter. Another lady arrived and as soon, the Diva girl came out and asked this lady if she needed help. I had to cut her off and asked if she had not noticed l was the first to get there, her response was she thought l had been served. Who would have served me when she was the one behind the counter. I was very disappointed and felt disrespected by her service. She needs to be trained around customer service and respect. I would have rated 5 star if the service continued from yesterday when l was at the pharmacy and l received great service from the pharmacist. She went out of her way to support me with what l needed. I will give her 5 star . Absolutely amazing!!! This shows you it takes one person to let down the team and get a bad review, when they have a bad and negative attitude.

   What's happened to service at this pharmacy? I handed in a written prescription that clearly stated both the medicine and dosage, but because the pharmacist could not work out the dosage she refused the sale, And left me highly frustrated as you might imagine after spending 6 hours in A and E and let down by poor service went around the corner, guess what "NO ISSUES" whatsoever avoid if possible.

   I’ve been to this pharmacy multiple times, and unfortunately, the experience is always uncomfortable. The staff could benefit from extra training on how to communicate with customers in a more polite and compassionate manner. A little kindness goes a long way, especially for people who are unwell and relying on their prescriptions. I’m leaving this review in hopes that the service improves—not as a complaint, but as constructive feedback. A better customer experience would make a big difference for the community.

   Wish I could give place - stars it’s ridiculous. Never pick the phone up to tell them you’re coming to collect your prescription and when you get there it’s an hours wait. They don’t make prescriptions up until you get there even though they’ve had them a week

   I had a taxi waiting before they said it’d be a half an hour wait just to pick up my prescription. Ridiculous.

   Keep calling and they pick up the phone then hang up. I need to order important medication and all they do is hang up on you. So going in the shop in person and will call them when I'm stood right in front of them to see who it is.

   Not for the first time, there was an hour wait to get to the desk and nobody answers the phone to pre-alert of any prescriptions (could hear it not being answered the whole time in the queue). Once at the desk, was told my one item won't be ready until the morning as wait time 1 hour and shuts in 45 mins but still wanted payment there and then. Arrived next morning to a wait only to find they never stocked the item in the first place and need to go to another pharmacy or back to the GP. Only do refunds in cash despite paying them by card.
