   They keep shutting early and not bothering to put any kind of notice anywhere except for a tiny little sign on their windows saying they are closed early. Twice now in the last few weeks I have wasted my time walking all the way to this lidl just to find it has shut at 9pm. It is beyond ridiculous to advertise as being open until 10 if you are just randomly close every other evening. Besides that, this store is always in an extremely disorganised state with loose boxes everywhere, products in the wrong area. They never bother to put hand baskets back near the entrance so you either have to go to the tills to try and find one yourself or be forced to drag around a giant wheelie basket. And because everybody is needlessly dragging around the giant wheelie baskets it makes it hard to actually navigate the store as they are bulky and block the aisles so you have to try and squeeze past. On top of that there can be self checkout queues practically snaking around the entire shop and they still will have several of the self checkouts not running, causing unnecessary long waiting times - can expect to wait up to 15 minutes even if you literally just came in for a couple of items, no way to quickly check out. I usually try and come later in the day to avoid the worst of the queues but then they will just randomly be shut early with no warning. Absolutely the worst of the dozens of Lidls I have visited across London, what a complete waste of time, abysmal management

   Homeless people use the front of the shop as a toilet. The drive way to get in and out is terrible if you're driving. You have to enter your car registration if you park there, they say the signage is clear but it isn't. The two stars are for the staff who work there, they're great.

   11/14/2024 I went to Lidl to buy XXL Walnuts and I paid 3.99, when in fact the written price was 2.99, so after I went to a guy to ask for a refund and he told me he couldn't, because yes was only at the checkout, I got in line and asked for a refund, I was told that the customers had made a mistake by putting the product in the wrong place, so I went to take photos of the products that you who you work at lidl you put it in the wrong place and I spoke to the manager. The manager of ahale, I don't know her name (but she's blonde and wears glasses) told me that I don't know how to read (very polite thing for a manager to do towards a customer), but that the product that was put there it was because they didn't know where to put it (so in all this you put a product without a price, in the wrong place and the customer doesn't know how to read or are you a manager supposed to do your job properly? since I come to buy the product?!) . The manager was very rude, even making faces at me, without apologizing (because it's her fault since she put 4/5 boxes of that product in front of the price of 2.99), having said that, dear manager, learn politeness; Teach yourself and your colleagues to put the product in the right place with the price on it ,finally, if I as a customer don't know how to read, why don't you as a manager read where you put the product and don't add the price?and don't apologize for the mistake you made, because if the product is below that price I assume that is the price and product.

   Busy Lidl. Usually well stocked on most lines, but if looking to get any of the weekly specials or offers it's recommended to go early. There are usually some good offers in-store & if using the Lidl app for available coupons. The middle aisles will often have a range of seasonal offers & lines with some well priced bargains, so always worth investigating. Good range & quality of fresh fruit, vegetables & meat. The checkout queues can get long, but the self-service POS tills help when only doing a smaller shop & does tend to be quick even when the store's very busy.

   The so called security guard is a rude and aggressive. Walked in and asked politely if he could unlock the barrier to get in the store as my daughter was in the trolly and he refused rudely(even though the normal one normally does) Once I was paying for all of my shopping, my partner went to self checkout to buy his few bits and then came to help me and got told he was stealing and that he should have got a receipt which normally he does but he was hurrying to help me the secrity guard then went on to start shouting at him saying he's calling the police on him and then my partner left the store and he then continued to shout at me scaring my daughter who at this point was shouting stop and that she was scared he would not leave me alone. He would not give me his name or security number so that I could put I complaint in

   23/09/2022 around 10:10 I have just been at At the self payment machines. There was a black lady who is really rude to the customers . Included me. It is not the first time she is disrespectful to me. When asking for help she comes in a really bad manner and starts mumbling.She has a really bad attitude. Hope the manager does something about it as once again it is not the first time she is being so impolite.
