I have never been more impressed seeing the work of Pharmacy staff than that off Sohayb, whom I believe is a Trainee Pharmacist at the store. He was so professional, thorough and comprehensive with his pharmaceutical knowledge I mistook him for the regular and responsible pharmacist. Very high quality level of service!

Staff are all great and very helpful. Always go here before I bother my GP, service is better and 8/10 times they can sort you out with what you need.

I brought my elderly and very frail brother in law and sister for their 4th boosters today but were told to come back 2 hours later initially. But the lady saw how poor my bil mobility is and did her utmost to get us seen without the wait. Everyone was so lovely and kind. Thank you so much!! They both said they never felt the injection either so thanks to the young lady too. Amazing service !!! 5 stars x
We booked a Covid jab for my 17 year old Daughter through the official app. When we arrived after 35 minutes drive from our home they said they didn’t have the vaccine in stock and turned her away. The only ones available to book are ones that state they have it in stock. Prior to this we booked a closer pharmacy who promptly text to cancel as it wasn’t in stock but this pharmacy did not bother to do that. Seven Hills then acted like she was a walk in. Didn’t apologise or take responsibility and overall just did not care that we had booked days in advanced, travelled there and had a holiday booked in 9 days time leaving us unable to find another appointment in time and having to pay for FTF tests. Unprofessional, unorganised and uncaring.
I came here to get my booster. I am terrified of needles and the staff were very friendly and kind to me. In particular Janine and Zacky, were extremely patient. Also as I was waiting I could hear their interactions with other customers. They knew a lot by name and were very helpful.
