Excellent pharmacist. Excellent staff. Go out of there way to help..... Must pharmacy/ chemist's could do a lot worse than to learn from them. Well done!
I get my prescriptions here everytime I go they are not ready or they haven't got them in I am a asthma server I need to take them I have a prescription as being put down till then tell me that it isn't ready that we haven't got I need to asthma pumps it happens all the time I go down to this chemist going somewhere else
Extremely slow compared to the chemist on Hartleybrook who are 100x much more quick and efficiant.
Worst pharmacy ever. The staff is extremely rude and useless. Was referred through 111 with suspected strep throat and the pharmacist didn’t even look at my throat before telling me I should go to a walk in centre or my gp. Explained I was referred through 111 but he wasn’t interested. On previous occasion they wouldn’t sell me otc iron supplements as didn’t have a prescription. The staff working there lack basic knowledge and empathy. Will not visit again and will inform all my friends and family to do the same. Visited my usual pharmacy afterwards and within two minutes the pharmacist there told me she thinks I have strep throat and prescribed me antibiotics and she did it while being absolutely lovely and helpful. Avoid this place at all costs they won’t help you
I have been using this pharmacy, for over 5 years now. The staff are always helpful, professional and will always do the best they can to help you. I have heard people being rude to the staff, and although it may be the first point of contact, it is not theory fault certain prescriptions aren't there. I have always get like a valued customer. I would advise this chemist to anyone. And although you may have to wait from time to time, again they are always doing their best.
Normal good but today's visit I was shocked to find how dirty it was. I've never known it like this.

Absolutely mortified at the service I have just received from a pharmacist assistant call 'Pat Cooper'. Very unprofessional, very rude and clearly needs investigating. Not fit for the role of a pharmacist assistant. Very disappointed!
