Without doubt the worst and most expensive purchase i've ever made for my gym. The Beemat competition judo mats were a terrible purchase. Please avoid at all costs!!! I spent several thousand pounds on replacing the mats in my gym. I've been purchasing this style of mats for 30 years now. This is the first mat that started to tear within the first year of purchasing. The top rubber cover isn't stuck to the foam and so it kept lifting and ripping after people use them. I contacted the company recently and they offered my a small discount to buy more from them again, but offered no refund (not expected, but a better discount and a new and improved mat surfacing would have been good). From what the company said they still sell the exact same mats. DON'T BUY!!
