Excellent pharmacy both with the previous owners and now with the current. The staff are efficient and friendly. It feels cosy and comfortable, with a personal approach.
My 90 year old house bound father didn't receive his promised delivery last Friday...the chemist do not answer the phone so had to go in by person...I have never ever heard so many people complaining about the new service..one of the staff was very rude and said she didn't know why and shrugged her shoulders at me..I have now swapped chemists..the new owner just stood there and put up no defence about the diabolical service and complaints....very poor customer service and terrible staff attitude
Really helpful, quick attentive and caring staff. In the years I've been on multiple prescriptions no one has recommended a PPC- my first visit after switching pharmacies, the staff were thoughtful and considerate suggesting it. I was nervous going to a new pharmacy due to my medication needs but I'm glad I made the change- so happy, it's the first time I've ever left a review for a pharmacy!
We had been with our previous pharmacy for years but recently we had nothing but trouble with prescriptions never being ready or items being missing and unfriendly staff. We tried Armstrongs and cannot praise them enough. Their staff are friendly and efficient, they are happy to help and just make the whole process of ordering repeat prescriptions so much easier and stress free. Thank you!

I have been using this Pharmacy for almost 30 years back to when Mr Armstrong snr was at the helm & no matter what you want in terms of medication the team can always give 1st class advice on any individual item. Chris who took over from his Father is very organized and so are his wonderful staff very polite and informative.
