   Lucky to get one star tried getting my 5 year old granddaughters antibiotics told because there changing they haven't got it till next week. I was given what I thought was a prescription only to go to another chemist and be told it hadn't been released I tried numerous times throughout the day to get in touch and found it was closed and line busy when ringing.

   Nice clean premises, the staff are polite and helpful in the shop , but their prescriptions delivery service is poor. It takes them upto three days to deliver medications signed for by a doctor. If you are not able to answer the door when they do the delivery they won't leave it in a "safe place", they return the medications back to the pharmacy. By doing this a patient's health could be placed in danger if they are running out of medications.

   Absolute mess ! I am ordering prescriptions almost 2 weeks ahead and I'm still having to chase them because I am running out. They never order the correct amount in either so I'm having to chase them over and over! I've ended up moving pharmacy now because they are ridiculous

   It takes to long for a prescription I ordered mine over a week ago and only got it today the poor lady behind the counter was new I knew she was because she is not rude.all i can say is if u need a prescription order it 2week b4 u need it

   This pharmacy is shocking!! .. Never answer phone.!! Prescriptions never ready!!. Personal business shouted over to you from the back of the shop!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!

   I have been ringing for 5 days not the weekend I started last week I have been a week with out my tablets the phone rings then they put it down I have never known owt like it its like it every month something needs doing I'm so annoyed

   This pharmacy and staff should be close. Sick people need to come at least twice!! Never got prescriptions ready always says its just come now (example you order Monday you should pick up Wednesday. You are going Thursday still not ready!!!!) Then they tell you she will order for next day and don't have again. After dialysis you need to come few times to get medicine. They like to don't put all medicine for you so you see at home at again need to go. I was there last time. Don't loose your time. Its faster to go another pharmacy and get everything you need on time and with smile.
