Pharmacist went for dinner, leaving one pharmacist and an assistant, person behind the counter kept saying they'd be back at different times then started shouting at me and calling me a liar after waiting an hour and a quarter! She was quite rude to several people in there too, I asked the pharmacists to intervene but they seemed scared of the lady on the counter. Not the first time the lady behind the counter has been rude and judgmental and seemed to be a common theme with her and customers, and other reviews say the same but Lloyds ignore it. Unfortunately Lloyds pharmacy seem to be in a race to the bottom, they didnt have a lot of basic stock or to be able to understand why people wanted all their medication rather than a part presciption and an IOU. Running theme in Lloyds across Sheffield, possibly worse than the Handsworth branch.

Until a month or so ago my experience was the same as those above BUT since the new pharmacist arrived he has completely turned the place around for good. Hardly any waiting time now, prescriptions are ready when needed and if an item is out of stock, the pharmacist explains in a friendly and kind way and then rings or texts you to let you know when it has come in. Completely different place now all thanks to the pharmacist.

Not even worth a stroke of a star absolute joke of a chemist 25 minute wait for them to sort a prescription out last week, Just been today and they've closed for the day at 16.45 what good is that when the doctor has sent a prescription there for collection today? Staff incompetent and the staff they are using from other branches particularly jordanthorpe branch are just as bad. I will be requesting my prescriptions to somewhere else in future.

This pharmacy used to be okay but it's no longer functioning properly. Always signs on the door saying they're understaffed 'due to covid', You have to phone up a week in advance to ORDER your batch prescription. What's the point of having a batch if you have to do that? When you go in, there's almost always lots of people waiting around to be served and the person behind the counter acts confused when you ask for your prescription. Then they wander around for ten minutes only to come back and tell you they don't have it. Having persevered with that pharmacy for several years, I've just moved my prescriptions to a different one.

Would give no stars if this was possible, this is the worst pharmacy I have ever used, I left due to their utter incompetence but my partner stayed. I have now had to deal with them once again on his behalf and they are still totally useless. They do not tell you when they can only partly fill the prescription then tell you to return to get rest on a certain date a week later which I did, they did not have the rest of the medication which was desperately needed, they said they would get it next day and call me, it is now a week later with no phone call.

Usually really quick and helpful - HOWEVER recently I rang to ensure my prescription had been received electronically as I was about to run out my medication and didn’t want to go into the shop unnecessarily due to the COVID situation. They said they hadn’t received it yet so ring back later...which is of course fine. Rang the next day which I was bluntly told “yes we’ve got one”. When I went to collect my medication that day I waited around 20 minutes while the member off staff fumbled around unable to find my item. When I returned home to open the package so I could take my medication on time I noticed a note on my bag label that was highlighted in green which read “pls. Do not ring to check if script is ready!!”. I myself work in a large pharmacy in sheffield city where I take many phone calls a day in regards to people’s medication which I am more than happy to answer as I know it is a quick process to check if a prescription has been received. Especially due to the recent pandemic we are actively encouraging people not to come in the store unnecessarily and therefore asking them to ring or leave their number for us to contact them when their medication is ready. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I will now be going out my way to use another pharmacy.
