Staff always in back no1 on the desk leave you just stood there for ages and ages. Don't even say will be a couple if minutes. Should be someone at the desk, only wanted parocemtol. Went elsewhere in end. Then tried again a different occasion, same again. All in the back no1 on the counter, left waiting, walked out eventually.
They gave my daughter the wrong medication it was labelled correctly, it was a totally different medication to what it should of been. Thankfully I checked it and realised it was wrong before she took any. Always check your medication.
Very unhelpful and rude lady. Left in tears and with no advice given in time of need. This is the second time we had a bad experience there. Will not come back again.
Advertised as open from 10 on boxing day but still closed at 10.15
Lovely staff allways polite and helpfull
Second time I have been waiting for this pharmacy to open. Checked to see whether it was open on phone. Still closed. Last year it wasn't even open at 9.30 so I had to come back. That's 1 hour.
Most polite and pleasant staff, always ready to help. A pleasure to shop there.
