Very good for getting my monthly prescriptions, I've marked it down, however, for changing the closing time from 11pm to 9pm. I finish work at 10pm and it was good to call in on my way home to pick up my medication, now I struggle to get there because they close at 9.

Been a few times for blood pressure check as it's convenient and no appointment needed. The it was 1650 and pharmacist on break till 5 so I said I'd wait. 1st she said as was on medication they couldn't do it, I explained had it done before there. Pharmacist arrived assistant was talking to colleague and pharmacist and said what do I say to her.. they served 4 people who came in after me i couldnt hear what pharmacist said but she said they couldn't do it and to go across road. I said you could have told me that instead ive waited nearly 20 minutes.

Very poor care given. I went into the pharmacy after trying to find one which was open for Migraleve - whilst in the middle of a migraine. I asked for them and asked if I could take two immediately. The pharmacist said she had to go through a series of questions (which I fully understood). She started and I explained that I have them on prescription but had forgotten to bring them with me. She was very abrupt and said you aren’t letting me do my job. I explained that I’d had them on prescription for many years but that I really needed to take some. She eventually let me have them and I asked if I could take them at the end of the counter. She was so abrupt and uncaring - never offering me any water or a seat. I took them whilst trying not to be ill and went outside for fresh air - clearly by now in destress. Pharmacists are supposed to be a line of care in the NHS and let’s just say your TLC needs considerable work.

Awful, disorganised and pass the buck when things done wrong. Went in to collect my elderly mothers prescription to save her having to collect it. Out of multiple drugs which are on repeat only one medication made up. When I asked about other items was told they hadn't received repeat prescription and to contact doctors. Contacted doctors and they said the repeat had been sent 5 days before. Went back in and they had on the system all along. Got home and looked in bag half of the drugs still not there. Rang pharmacy again to be fobbed off again making out my mother hadn't ordered them in time. It's on repeat it comes out every month automatically. Apparently got "stuck on their system" . What dangerous waste of time and not taking responsibility for their own failings.

Very rude. Presciption couldnt be found, sent through from an online GP (BUPA). No record of it, when called it had been faxed, took 30 seconds to find it.. Faxed as Pharmacy hadnt registered. Difficult conversation as apparently i should understand the system (how could I?) wnded up shouting at me about GDPR. In line with other reviews, rude and obnoxious. Only saving grace was the assistant was lovely. Avoid.

Seems to be a revolving door of staff with poor training on procedures and policies. Both evening staff unable to deal with my prescription as they didnt have the credentials to access the system. Poor planning by management and was simply told to try somewhere else, so i will, and suggest others do the same

Unfortunately once again Asda have prescribed the wrong medication. It's fine for me but not for anyone who trusts the pharmacy and takes whatever medication they are given. 3rd month running and staff are so condescending.

If the option was available I'd remove the one star. My experience in the pharmacy today made me feel belittled & criminalized. Firstly I entered the store and no one was around, it literally took minutes and lots of tapping & huffing before a member of staff appeared, had I been a thief I could have helped myself. I was clearly an inconvenience from the way she acknowledged me & reluctantly asked how she could help. I struggled to explain why I was there because of the pain I was in after running out of my prescribed pain relief. I briefly went in to my history, I was then told by this member of staff that she found it hard to believe I had been prescribed this medication for over a year because it was only recommended for short term use. She then offered me co-codamol & told me I must see a doctor after I had repeatedly said I would be calling my GP's triage in the morning, again making me feel dishonest. She then dismissed me when I tried to ask questions about a branded version of the medication she had offered me. An utterly demeaning & unprofessional service. Such a shame after previous experiences which exceeded good customer service.
