Just spoken to the person who handles NOMAD's regarding a patient discharge. Was absolutely blown away to hear that this community pharmacy have been bridging a care gap for their regular patient. definition of "above and beyond" well done to you all keep up the good work :)
For the past 5 months+ they have NOT got my prescription right at all. I read and count packets out to them, they still dont listen. What you get is, they don't know , they don't understand it , script words ,, cant do their job at all, been given tablets I do not take , creams I have not ordered or use. Much needed items B.P. tabs not given, been missed off but ticked as there, repeated myself 3 times but still not got it right each time....told me they were too busy to deliver prescription. Kids could do better. they need a new manager and staff. One day they will cause serious harm to someone
I’ve swapped pharmacy a few times because of bad customer service but these guys really do care! They’re not here to make money they genuinely want to help and I’ve witnessed the challenges they have with some GPs they seem to be working hard to keep the team morale a float!!!! Keep up the amazing work.
There are a few bad issues with this pharmacy. I've had someone else's prescription/medication sent to my address, I had to phone them and took the prescription back as someone could have been in desperate need. Now twice I've picked up my prescription, and found the totally wrong prescription inside, once before Christmas and once this week. My partner gave me my medication with my breakfast each morning. I've taken the medication for 9 days now before we realised it was the wrong medication. I've had a bad headache, diarrhoea, confusion, cramps, and bad anxiety. The label said my name, address, and my medication but stuck on a different medication box? This is totally unacceptable, especially when dealing with pharmaceutical drugs!! I will be taking this further.
Iv waited 2 days for my meds that shud have come Friday and thay keep saying its out fir delivery from 11,10,24 and we're on 15,10,24 were are my meds have thsy sold em?
Just moved my regular repeat prescriptions nomination to this chemist. They were very helpful with my requests, so much better than my previous pharmacy.
Lovely staff, friendly ,and caring with everyone who came in while I was waiting to have my covid booster vaccine today.
