Went there yesterday 06/10 to get my little girl medication I asked one of the male staff to give me a pen to tick the right box then he told me I don’t need to tick it , then said which one is it Universal credit? I was shocked and replied under 16. I didn’t pay any attention then as my little girl was unwell and had my 4 year old who also unwell, I wish I answered him then and told him just because am Muslim and wearing hijab that doesn’t mean I take benefits. I’ve been 20 years in the Uk and I never claimed any benefits. I was offended by what he did, who gave him the right to say this to me. This was my pharmacy for more than 7 years but after what happened I don’t think am going back.

I was supposed to collect my medication on the 8th of July but due to self isolation, I was planning to collect it after 10 days but surprisingly when I came in for collection, the staff told me that it was collected by me awhile ago when I didn't. since the medicine was expensive they refused to give me a replacement so now, not only I don't have the medication that I needed but there is also a thief who stole my identity, knows all of my private informations and conicently got diabeties hence stealing my medicine or one of the staff done something and lying about the whole thing. update: after a long, unpleasant, stress inducing conversation, they finally agreed to give me a replacement for the medication.

The staff here know their stuff, but there aren't many of them and it's a small pharmacy so they don't carry everything and it often takes a long time to fill orders. There is almost always a queue outside. If you take a prescription to be filled, expect to wait at least 20 minutes to be seen and another 15 to get your meds.

There is one member of staff who is constantly rude, aggressive and deeply unpleasant. The surgery and pharmacy seem to be in a constant blame game when things go wrong and it leads to an extremely stressful situation when being stuck in the middle just trying to get medication. When just trying to calmly explain the troubles I've had with the pharmacy in recent months I was met with aggression, being unable to talk and being hung up on along side being refused ordering medication.

If I could rate any lower, I would. There is one member of staff in particular who is rude, aggressive and boarding on frightening. Our experiences with this pharmacy have always been frustrating. It's at the point where the blame culture between the pharmacy and surgery is potentially dangerous, because that seems to be more important than actually ensuring people have their medication.

If I could rate lower i would has gone down hill dramatically over the last few years all but one staff members are rude, medication is never ready no mater when you order it or they just dont have it. Can hear them talking about customers in a negative way while waiting for your scripts, not professional at all.
