Great pharmacy. The staff are pleasant and have a great attitude towards patients. The pharmacist has always been friendly and helpful. There are often some good deal on items for sale and there is a good variety of items for sale to purchase over the counter including gifts, toiletries, first aid and over the counter pharmaceutical products. The doctor’s practice next door can’t send prescriptions directly to the pharmacy for them to prepare.

I been with wells chemist for over 14 years I been watching it go down hill there is no personal and polite customer service Being house bound and disabled I really on them but I get worried every month if I going to get my medication There is always a excuse but never apologise for it I have to have home delivery as on my own If I could change chemist I would I give less than one star if I could

Been using pharmacies for 30 years Weekly, up and down the Country.. Never have I used a pharmacy so damned slow and useless. A queue of 6 people, and the meandering and urgency could only have been worse if Toddlers were doing the jobs. Near 10 minutes to check 5 tiny boxes for the lady infront, for 2 scripts. So the pharmacist did not realise the lady was waiting for scripts for 2 people, even though she was told. The assessment took nearly 90 seconds to put 9. 90 into the card machine... Bare in mind the lady has been waiting close to an hour for 1 box of medication!! Me left, on my own door closed, pharmacist knows the assignment is doing the tills, and she doesn't consider asking why I'm just stood there like a Billy, no, just starts clearing everything up onto shelves... Hello!! Are you going to do my meds? Oh sorry, are you waiting for some.... Yes, hence I'm stood here after you were told 15 minutes and 1 person infront of me ago, that meds needed checking.. Turns out I stood there for 15 minutes after the assistant asked me what I needed, and placed next to the pharmacist, for an already checked load of medication.. So one is unable to read, and one is unable to hear.. Final thing, the assisstant closed the doors 25 minutes early, and 3 people who may well have needed their meds now don't get them, all because they wanted to go home... Queues of 1 or 10, you don't close people off from medication before you close.. I've been in 3 times this last week, and they'll be my last. Unfortunately can't give 0 stars. It is good to see consistency within well pharmacies though, because my last well pharmacy up North was closed for being awful Ben

This pharmacy is very poorly run now with a very reduced number of staff so queues occur most of the time. Prices on the shelves often don’t match actual charge (shelf tickets not updated). Private consulting rooms are not regularly cleaned with bins overflowing and products strewn all over the place. And dirty! Counters and floors need a good deep clean & kept clean! And the prescription ready texts are a joke. Get a text, go in, prescription not made up, quite often not all prescribed products are there & have to go back next day when they usually can’t find it as everything is just dumped in boxes on the floor! I won’t be having any of my injections here any more as I am seriously concerned about the cleanliness of the place. And they want pharmacies to take on more!! Won’t work at this branch!

Never anything in stock. Always mess you around and dispensing of medicine takes too long. Longer than any other pharmacy

Absolutely awful service at this pharmacy. Repeat prescription never ready even when ordered well in advance. Always an excuse and never an apology. Would take my business elsewhere but it is only two minutes from home.

So far I have had a great service. The doctors next door send over my prescription and I get a text to say it’s ready and go and collect and it is done the same day even when it has been an emergency prescription.

This is the worst pharmacy I have used ,incompetent staff who never have my prescription ready even after 10 days you still have to wait for it to be done ,only to be told some of it is not in stock

There are serious organisation issues at this pharmacy. In the year since moving to the village I have been unable to get a monthly prescription without issues for myself and my husband. The system of passing a prescription from the surgery to the chemist literally next door supposedly has to allow 7 days! Seriously in this day and age 7 days!! I went in today to be told by the pharmacy that an urgent request for an emergency prescription hadn't been sent to the chemist. Again I make the walk from the chemist to the doctors to wait in line to be told it's been sent. I go back to the chemist and they find the prescription then I wait again for it to be dispensed. Last month the chemist had lost the prescription altogether, the month before I had to go back the day after I called to collect as again it wasn't processed. As the process of getting a monthly prescription is now mandatory this chemist needs to work faster and more efficiently to dispense peoples medication without issues. Marie - Tibshelf
