   Was waiting outside for over an hour for my prescription, when I finally got hold of someone to ask about it, was told the pharmacist dealing with mine had gone home! Wouldn’t have minded if they’d said they were busy so come back and pick up later. No apologies whatsoever.

   Asked to leave pharmacy because I wasn't wearing a mask, coloured hair lady did serve me outside, but why are these still enforcing a mask policy when covid is now officially like a cold and masks are proven to be 95% ineffective? Would they make old people wait out in the cold just to abide by their silly rules that have no scientific or even logical basis?

   Tiny pharmacy at the bottom of Cobnar Road. Staff are ok although probably under quite a lot of pressure at the moment. I always get the feeling I'm a user, not a customer when I got to pharmacies, not sure why.
