   Went to East Bank Pharmacy for a Covid jab today. Terrible experience as they were so disorganised and unbelievably it involved 3 members of staff. There was One person who was in training and being supervised by a chap who spoke to him in a foreign language, which is very rude.Then finally the pharmacist came up in to administer my jab. He tried to persuade my husband to have the jab but he has health issues which prevent this. Overall a slow and unprofessional service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

   Never had a problem at this chemist. Staff friendly and helpful. Dr prescribed an item that was not available in the size he had put so the chemist had it altered for my arrival. There is a nationwide shortage of certain medication so sometimes items are not available, which is not the fault of the chemist. Always get a tx saying our. Meds are ready. All in all very satisfied.

   Ordered online the week before, went in Friday lunch time to collect before going away on holiday and they said they couldn't do it until 5pm. I couldn't wait that long so they gave me the "paper prescription" to go elsewhere to get it. Only thing is, they gave me the wrong thing and it wasn't the prescription but a dispensing token. Luckily the pharmacy on holiday are able to create an emergency order but took longer to action. Extremely annoyed as there always seems to be issues at this pharmacy. Would give negative reviews if possible

   If you have all day to hang around it's fine ,if not then stay clear at one time told to order prescription 10 days before you need them... unacceptable!

   Always hate going in to get prescriptions. Ordered it a week and half ago to be told still not ready. Maybe if they spend less time stood around yaking and more time actually doing their job they would have a better reputation

   My partner and her family have used this pharmacy for years. Over the past two years service has been terrible! Tablets never ready, staff talking down to my partner and never any apology for anything. On one occasion my partner did not receive her medication due to a printer fault. We had to contact the out-of hours team for emergency medication, again no apology. My partner and her family have changed pharmacy and always received medication and never get asked the question "when was it ordered"!!!!! The computer will give this information no matter how many patients are on the system!!!!!!

   Never normally have a issue with getting mine and my partners medication here but today the woman (short dark hair) decided to ask me why I wasn't wearing a mask. Do staff here no this is not allowed you do not ask people why. I no the law and if I was able to wear a mask I would have had one one. Staff need reminding not all medical conditions are visible.
