   They have got my prescription wrong twice now. I have to go all weekend without medication causing causing bladder issues and the other antidepressant discontinuation syndrome because of incompetence, I have already paid 3 months in advance. Disappointing since this used to be a great pharmacy some years ago. I don’t know what went wrong, but in three months I will be switching pharmacy.

The pharmacist offers good advice and has helped us find the right remedies or advised a GP visit where over the counter medicine is not appropriate.    On hold for 25 minutes to be told 1st in the queue, another 10 minutes, then rings and cuts you off appalling... Was checking ( trying ) my prescription, because there's always something missing .

   I’ve been using this chemist , for 30 years , the Staff are friendly, and go above and beyond to help you, two special mentions for Laura who believe is now a Dispenser , always finds time to say hello, and Tina at the counter and her friend with the Blonde hair sorry don’t know her name, the Pharmacists are very good and always find time if you need a chat or advice , but overal 5* and I’m sure Andrew Green knows he has some excellent staff here who are very hard working , and like little ants at Times , they never stop especially at these very busy times we are In .

   It's an embarrassment, please go somewhere else if you can, anywhere else has to be better. The staff are disorganized, incompetent, rude, and unhelpful. If only there was some regular inspection of pharmacies, then it would fail and be shut down. Do they not have any training. Low lights are: 1) Declaring they are too busy to serve, even when you have queued for 45 minutes. So come back in 2hrs or tomorrow. 2) Loudly announcing your name, ailment and prescription to all and sundry. It's like they never heard of patient confidentiality. 3) The stupid baskets. 4) It's unlikely they will have your prescription in stock, and they have to order in. So that's two trips round the 45 minute queue. 5) The signage, you shouldn't have to demand people be pleasent, generally if you treat people with respect you get it back. Here ends my rant.

   One of the members of Staff here are very rude and unhelpful my Mother was treated and spoken to in a manner that made her very upset and unwilling to visit the pharmacy alone again. I think the Young ladies name was Laura, we are dissapointed with the service recieved
