   Went to pick my medication up was ment to have 60 tramadol got home only 30 went straight back and was told them might have been put in a deffucomtair if not to ring rung back and told them I only had 30 the person I spoke to was rude and kept repeating well they was a full box told them to check there stock and they would no i will be taking this higher disgusting

   i collected my prescription today and i have 1.16% diclofenic gel but they gave me 1% stating its the same strength and only do the 1.16% in voltorol and the gp needs to state voltorol if im to have the correct strength i do no believe this to be correct as the previous week they gave me correct prescription, im sure they just doing it because Voltarol is more expensive brand , now i have to suffer in pain , the . 16 makes a big difference, why else do you get it prescribed crazy any advice on who to report this to would be greatly appreciated, The one lady who originally served me was really nice but second one tried to tell me its the same cream same strength very rude how does that work

   Very ignorant member of staff that i spoke to on the phone, i was enquiring about a specific item and her 1st response was she dont think they have it and when i asked if she could check her answer suddenly changed to they dont have it. Couldnt even be bothered to look and check, shocking service!!:

   The quality of this service is so poor. It needs to be closed down and replaced with staff that can cater for people's needs. I'm astonished that they are still in business.

   Constantly closed due to a lack of pharmacists. Hardly anything being restocked. Hopefully it's going to get better or shut altogether

   The pharmacy itself is not bad, in. The firth Park area of Sheffield, but the staff are rude, uncooperative and get your prescriptions wrong, I do not like them!!

   I do not recommend this pharmacy at all. Non-professional service. I ordered drugs to the pharmacy, I called to confirm. Whether they are already available, I was told that they are there. When I arrived at the pharmacy to pick up the pills, I was told that they were in stock but long after the deadline and they could not sell them to me.
