   Off on holiday, quickly collected my meds (4) in a sealed bag, packed them straight into my case for flight next day. On opening meds I found only 3 meds, but the attached script clearly stated all. Next time I will be opening packing before I leave the pharmacy. Very disappointed never had this happen before. So disorganised since John left on retirement. We miss you. I suppose they will get there act together eventually

   Having used other pharmacies in Chapeltown/Burncross who were most unhelpful, I can honestly say Lo's customer service is second to none. One of my prescription items was out of stock, they constantly checked stock everyday until they sourced the item for me. Thank you Lo's Pharmacy.

   This pharmacy is excellent. Very helpful. I've just collected my husband's medication. The prescription drugs were not ready but the pharmacist prepared immiedialy while I waited. The pharmacy almost always has stock of prescription medicines.
