Booked my flu jab took payment then was advised on the day of my jab that no flu jabs available now trying to get a refund is near on impossible absolutely a shocking service and the staff have no manners whatsoever avoid this pharmacy like a rash stick to boots
Very helpful staff and unlike herries rd well pharmacy this one's not overrun . Plenty of friendly faces and helpful, knowledgeable staff . my favourite pharmacy. Always caring and asking for that all important blood pressure test if they don't and you need one . U know where to go.
Great friendly staff member. I never have to wait for long for my prescription. They always inform you of info you need to know. Staff are very good at their jobs and are very knowledgeable. Overall great service to the community.
I have only just started to have my prescriptions sent to this Pharmacy and so far so good. I have yet to try phoning them so we'll see what happens when I do to be honest it seems from other reviews that answering the phone isn't a priority but we'll see. Update, I now order my prescriptions online for delivery from Well. Most of the time they are fine, occasionally they screw up but sort it out when I phone them. Lately there is a problem with one item of my meds but that is the fault of the manufacturer not the pharmacy. It seems Ely Lilley (the US based manufacturer and patent holder) can't cope with the demand for the product.
Only a small chemist but is very well stocked with very nice helpful staff .
Rang to see if could have my prescription delivered as I had just come out of hospital after knee surgery and couldn't get any family or friends to collect during opening times, it's not something I would ask but the assistant was very rude on the phone, now I'm without tablets for the weekend but she didn't seem bothered. time to find another chemist, not run by wells

I used to work for the well pharmacy and I know that things change for the so called better I've had normads now for years but since the COVID it's like peaing in the wind to get your tablets on time and now the phone lines aren't working I can't even leave my house to go and collect them just in case they deliver while I'm out. Rant over most of the staff are brilliant.
I've given just 4 stars because although I've never had a problem with them & my meds are always ready when I go for them but I signed up for the text alert to be told that they have my prescription & that it's ready for collection so that is 1 & when ever I call there is either no answer or its ringing and ringing for ages before it's answered. Now I know how busy they can get but there isn't only 2 or 3 people working there at any given time there is more than that so why not answer the phone. People get told to call the pharmacy for advice before ringing the docs because they maybe able to help which saves on GP appointments but you kinda get put off when they don't answer. So they are the reasons for the lost star. Other than that great & friendly staff quite helpful. Great products neither expensive nor cheap but you get what you pay for.
