We had requested an early repeat prescription from my GP practice as we were going on holiday, unfortunately they did not issue these in a timely manner, the pharmacy advised me of the action I needed to take as some off my medication has to be ordered, they ensured that the prescriptions were filled in time for our holiday which I am very grateful. I have always had good customer service from the pharmacy, but on this occasion it was outstanding.

You know what this pharmacy gets a bad rep, however I've only ever found them to be wonderfully helpful and try their upmost to sort you out. Today I went in for my daughters prescription, it was ready but they sorted it in no time at all and the wonderfully kind lady behind the counter gave me some wonderful advice regarding other medicines that I needed. Super all round

Doctor's surgery suggested I went to my local chemist as I couldn't get an appointment as the pharmacist could offer a consultation and prescribe some medications. On arriving the shop was empty the pharmacist came over I explained the problem the pharmacist then shrugged his shoulders and advised we bought paracetamol and to attend the doctor's he was not interested at all and was blatantly uninterested. I then went to another pharmacy where I was treated with care and compassion was diagnosed with sceptic tonsillitis and given the appropriate medication.

Had a phone call for just a enquiry...well never again no help and very unpleasant manner ..stating that she was not arguing with me? Don't know what she was talking about and i did state that i wasnt arguing with her, just inquiring ? I can't believe how unprofessional she was . If you need any assistance or advice Don't bother ringing this chemist I'm disgusted in her attitude

Staff very rude especially the pharmacist, tried to explain about medication missing on a delivery only told it was a GP problem eerrrmmmm no your the chemist who does the delivery not the GP, staff got very argumentative. Never have a good experience with this chemist and it's about time Rowlands do something or give them customer service training.

It’s great that that I get a text when my medication is ready to collect and using the new app hey pharmacy? makes ordering it so easy. Prompt efficient service.

I called in on Friday afternoon at 5.25pm with a prescription. I walked towards the counter where an assistant held out her hand to take the prescription from me. I started to say to the assistant that it was a long time since I'd had prescription medication so i didnt know where to sign when, who I presume was the pharmacist, shouted from the back of the shop "We can't do that, we've just cashed up". I was shocked and very poorly. I took my prescption and walked out where they locked the door behind me. I will not be back to experience such poor customer service.

Absolutely disgusting service, incompetent staff and no compassion. Had the Doctor send over a prescription for my daughter who was very poorly to been told on two different phone calls that they hadn't received it! Only to be told by lloyds chemist that its sat there waiting to be downloaded. Called Rowlands back to be asked why I'd spoken to another pharmacy then followed up with it will be 2 hours before you can pick her antibiotic up as we're going to lunch!!!! Picked the prescription up and popped upto Lloyds waited 2 mins sorted. Never stepping foot in Rowlands again.Only put 1 star as no option for none.

Constantly waiting for tablets to be delivered. And their monthly system for repeat prescriptions only gives out for a 28 day period leaving you short for every 30/31 day month. Eventually when they do have the tablets, they don't always have a pharmacist on site and can't give out what has already gone through the system and had been prescribed by a doctor. Would not recommend.
