On the rare occasion that they answer the phone instead of stood around gossiping they are rude obnoxious and unhelpful. Honestly one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever used.
Ment to be there to offer help and advice went today. I'm I'll, and they all had an attitude, yet I asked politely if they had my prescription, and they responded that we haven't come back later if I'm really needing it. I told them the doctor had just ordered it, and there responded, "Isn't my issue" where is the great customer service there ridiculous if you arnt liking you job dont do it or if you are having a bad day stay at home don't treat customers like dirt!!
Rude staff, rang to check if my prescription was ready and pronounced my surname wrong so I corrected her for her to say ‘ well either way we haven’t got it’ laughed and hung up.
Always delay on preparing a prescription atleast 2 days waiting, mostly very careless and rude staff with descrimination. My child is 4 and the medication they dispensed was not advised for children under 6, a three month supply was just desposed. A waste to the NHS, a risk to a child and irresponsibility for them.
I don’t even want to rate it 1 star, first off the staff in this place are rude! Arrogant! And Stuck up!, And I can’t possibly publish what I really want to write, if your working with a customer at least smile show respect and most importantly stop being plain rude! I think this pharmacy need to definitely employ some better staff that are not rude and arrogant and that that will make a customer feel they are getting a decent service
Would give 0 starts if I could. All stand in back yapping whilst people are waiting to be served. Every single time we go in for our prescriptions they aren't ready yet, they haven't received them yet ect ect ect. Ridiculous. Especially Amy who stares through your soul and looks at you like your thick. Absolutely useless
When you run out of a medication that if you miss one day makes you ill needs to be sorted mental health .need to make sure that medication is ready for collection that day
