   Employees were polite and friendly, my previous pharmacy did not have my prescription so I was glad that this one always has my regular prescription, and with having my medicine regularly my hips feel better than they have in years. I even picked up a couple essentials which were easy find on the well organised shelves.

   Credit where credits due I went to this pharmacy after my own pharmacy didn't have the medication in stock and the lady there Georgia did a fab job to help me out. All staff were lovely

   I was there on time for my flu appointment had to wait about 15 minutes must have been running late. As I waited 2 people came in with prescription told to try another chemist as not in stock not impressed.

   An absolute shambles since David left. They need someone on the counter who knows what they are doing. The lad is so far out of his depth. I feel so sorry for him. I went 3 times but prescription was not ready or they could not get the item. Sorry I have run out of patience and changed to another chemist.

   I'm fed up of making complaints if I'm honest. Opening hours state 6pm close. The other Friday they closed at 5 citing an 'emergency'. What that emergency was I do not know but there were people arriving at 5pm,presumably after work, to be told they were closed and couldn't be dealt with. Sorry, but it says 6. On one occasion the shutters were down with a sign saying 'closed for lunch'. Until when? From when? Why can't you have lunch in rounds? 3 times I've been up for prescriptions, one time it wasn't ready and the text I received was an IT error. Second time I was given completely the wrong stuff (it was a copy of a previous prescription) and third time I was told to wait for 20 mins as it wasn't ready. So I sat in the car for 20 minutes. I walked back in only to be told by big lad that they didn't have it in. So why tell me 20 minutes then? My wife went up with a prescription to be told by big lad that it would be 20 minutes (sounds familiar). She came home, I went up. Pharmacist told me there was none in of what I was after. "The big lad said 20 minutes" to which the pharmacist shook his head and laughed. Sounds to me like that particular member of staff isn't very good at his job. Honestly, change your pharmacy. They cannot take on the workload whatsoever. Awful since David left.

   As a complex care nurse we rely on a prompt service and this pharmacy fails us every single month. They do not even answer the phone to be able to resolve problems and don't contact us to say they can't provide the medication that is needed for a vent dependant patient that reliant on this medication... We have no option but to do a safeguarding report on this matter to CWC

   At the moment it's a complete shambles. Only get half of what's been ordered. Staff always look confused, the chemists just appear to hide somewhere. I used to get notification when the prescriptions are ready. Not any more. I've been told to ring up to check first but they don't answer the phone. It's sad because it's local and I like to support them but I'm at the end of my patience now. Well you need to get this sorted NOW.

   This used to be a brilliant friendly pharmacy but the level of service has deteriorated so much that i will no longer use it. There is no consistency with the staff or pharmacists, customers are constantly told their prescription isn't ready so have to go back sometimes leaving them without medication.
