   Offensively hot in store. Made for a shorter, far less enjoyable shopping experience. Couldn't stay and enjoy a browse...certainly unfair on staff! Air con units in store obviously not fit for purpose in such a large store.

   Apparently purchasing damaged goods from here isn't a good enough reason to exchange for something else, even if their policy does state you can exchange without a receipt, it's all down to to managers decision, which basically just means "No because I said so." Don't expect a refund if you buy anything from here.

   Feels like there is never any staff around and they are hard to spot as they don't wear a uniform. You can get some good bargains in the sales section but it is always so messy to look through and is mainly small sizes unfortunately. The change rooms always seem to either be closed or are unattended.

   Had a great visit there yesterday. My 12 year old granddaughter who is usually hard to buy for, came away with 9 items, 5 of them from the sale rail. The assistant at the till was extremely helpful by telling us that we'd picked up 2 items which were on a 3 for 2 offer which we hadn't noticed so we were able to get another pair of joggers for free. We also signed up for the Loyalty points card (also told about by the helpful assistant) which gave us 10% off our purchases. Total bill for our shop? £46 !! Delighted.

   So great to have another shop in the mostly vacant new development in Northwich. H & M is a great choice and I'm sure will do well for the demographic of the area. Women's, men's & children's wear. Much more spacious and orderly than any other branch I've visited same clothes but something just missing. Think it was atmosphere ...even the music was...well, a bit bland. But I'm sure this will change. Conspicuous lack of mirrors around the store. But fab changing rooms. Think they should have included their home range in this store as it is certainly large enough. Great addition. Hopefully, the first of many to come :)
