I use click and collect at this store. It used to be really efficient but lately its become a bit disorganised in there…
Bought a suit for a couple of hundred. Couldn't keep the hanger apparently (not sure what that is to them on a purchase like this?) They didnt have the trousers or shirt in size but assured me it would be home delivered no charge. On the receipt there was a 4.95 charge which they did not tell me about for this. Aweful, decietful service.
A small-sized store with a limited amount of choice, it sells both male and female clothes and also has a homeware section, but the clothes options are limited
Placed a click and collect order to be told it was ready at store. Arrived at the store and the sales assistant told me it had been lost, then that it was never found, and then that it had been refunded? I then asked when I should expect the money to be refunded to my account and they told me “In a couple weeks probs”. Not sure what had gone wrong, worked in retail for many years so I understand when things don’t go to plan but there’s no excuse for being so rude.
Lovely young man in training served me today. He was very polite and processed my refund with a smile, keep it up I think you will make a great Next team member. (Name Dixon on the receipt) from the lady who returned the black trousers.
I went to the Northwich branch this morning and bought a suit and with the help from a nice lady called Kathryn I got a great suit…. many thanks. Paul Dean.
Rude staff, forced to work extra hours outside of your contract with no permission asked and poor hourly rate for the income they accrue.
Very helpful staff, went above and beyond to help. Had everything we needed including a full suit with waistcoat and dicky bow for my husband. Great quality clothing.
Jess the beautiful help lady what can I say 5 stars from start to finish she helped me with all parts of my shopping as I am partially blind she described all items to me in great detail I am so happy with her!!
I went to the northwich store with a broken toaster which was bought at the Gemini store and which broke after 4 months unfortunatly I couldn't find the receipt. I was served by a lady called Lynn who was very helpful and friendly after giving her the information she she needed she managed to get me a replacement thankyou
