Been with the gym for almost 11 years started at first to build confidence for 2 years then ended up having to use it for physiotherapy and now 10 years later it has improved by a ton producing quality upcoming fighters and having various types of classes each day

8 Limbs is a great club. The staff and other students are friendly and welcoming no matter your experience level. There are seperate classes for beginners, an advanced class, kids classes, etc. If you're looking to learn how to defend yourself and get in shape, or take your training to the next level, then this is a great choice. They regularly teach a variety of different techniques, help prepare you for grading, find suitable matches for sparring, and are a part of the local Muay Thai community - organising events with members of other clubs on a regular basis so you can keep progressing with real life experience as you learn more.

Raf is an excellent Muay Thai coach. Very paitent and understanding with beginners and extremely knowledgeable on the Martial Art of Muay Thai. He's also a great person, will have a laugh with you, greet everyone personally as they come into the gym. Absolute number 1 place in Birmingham to learn Muay Thai!

Started the gym not knowing the basics and now after a year at the gym i feel alot more comfortable with techniques / sparring. The coach , osama, always pushes me to work hard and always corrects the slightest mistakes. Would definitely recommend!!

Great place to learn self defense osama the coach will put you through your paces but well worth it once you see improvment in your overall health and self defense abilities nice family atmosphere and great 1-1 training

not impressed with the discipline and health and safety, in particular Osama the coach; in a non sparring situation Osama should be teaching and not causing injury! where is the discipline and control? Why wasnt ice applied? was the injury even documented? By law, an establishment like this should have a log. Personally, there needs to be some accountability and definitely an inspection. Young people joining this place should really look into the health and safety. Had ice been applied, recovery time would have been quicker.

The best gym Muay Thai gym hands down. The monthly price is very affordable and the space is huge compared to other gyms in the same area. Classes are laid out in good structure and detail to technical work is great too. Great space, big, open, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Always feel so welcomed in this new gym!
