Had my prescription from Saturday, told me it would be ready on Tuesday, still not there, this was for an acute infection.
The pharmacy is shocking and cannot provide prescription baby milk allergy formula on time due to an error then failed to tell us knowing this had happened/knowing we needed it and no other pharmacies had it in stock but if we knew in advance we could have sorted it. Shocking!
We have used this pharmacy for some time, primarily for the convenience of combining this with shopping. However, the service is generally dismal and whilst some staff are lovely, others are downright rude. The service can be slow, that's fair enough, they may have a hidden workload sorting prescriptions. They aren't clear that prescriptions take 3 days to fulfil, signage would help. Being told the prescription would be ready in 20 mins by one friendly staff member, then returning to be greeted by another who tells you in an abrasive manner, that you should wait 3 days for a text and not just turn up and ask. I would suggest giving this a miss, Sainsburys is less than 2 mins away so will give their pharmacy and shopping experience a try.
15 minute wait time In a queue, I was fourth in the queue, three staff working but at a super slow pace. Then when I got to be served they said it was a 15 minute wait time, I said that’s not good enough and got a reply that he’s only a locum. The prescription had been issued 5 days ago so how was it not ready? In The past I have been bluntly told by a member of staff that I should not come before 48 hours of it being issued, so I arrive 120 hours after it being issued, still not ready. There is always an issue at this pharmacy, it is also supposed to open at 9 but the pharmacist is normally late. Slow, inconsistent, lacklustre service. Have your prescription dispensed elsewhere!
Seem to be the slowest staff in the world! Went to collect a prescription of several items, 2 ppl ahead, 20mins before we were at the counter. Then it hadn't been gotten ready despite being sent I 2 days prior, so when they found the prescription said it'd be another 20mins! They had a line of other prescriptions to check... for people no where in sight! Could they not prioritize ppl actually stood at the counter waiting?? Terrible service, it's suppose to be convenient having it inside a Tesco, but it's anything but. 40mins is ridiculous. Moving to another pharmacy
Absolutely rubbish service
Sorry to see some poor reviews. I've always found them very helpful. The admin staff at my GP's surgery are beyond inept and I have often been helped out by the pharmacy staff at tesco. I used to go to Lloyd's at Woodseats but after they moved from Abbey Lane and changed their staff they became unbearably poor, with a bad attitude to boot.

They do not deliver the prescription at this critical time when in strict isolation so sad
I've found them slow and rather dismissive on the several occasions I've tried using them. There are other pharmacies in close proximity which provide a better service
