I had horrible experience today visiting this store with my assistance dog. When the woman at the checkout saw my dog, her tone immediately became aggressive and she demanded that the dog be removed from the store, refusing to serve me. I told her twice that it was an assistance dog, but her reaction made it clear that this meant nothing to her and that she didn't understand what I was saying. Although I was eventually able to mail my package, as I was leaving the store, I heard this woman behind me calling me rude., although she was in the wrong here and I only managed to utter two phrases and asked her to be nicer. People who don’t need anything or anyone to live their lives are totally privileged and blessed, but it is not the case for everyone. Personal fear of dogs shouldn’t stand before laws and human compassion. I am never getting back to this particular store, but I hope the staff could get some education for the future.

Have so far used this lace twice as a delivery spot. First time with an amazon package and second time with ebay. Both time did not face any issue and the second time was a fragile item and there were no damages as well.

Listed as drop off by YODEL but they are not. Very rude counter that shouted at customers. Avoid at all costs. Little Tesco at corner, better option.

Don't even attempt to use this place to send goods via yodel they always claim the machine isn't working. The reality is they can't be bothered to print off the label for you. Reported to yodel as there isn't much point in them having the facility if its never working.

Only visits for the collect plus. Very unreliable as sometimes they will take your parcel, sometimes they don’t, citing “the machine isn’t working”.

The shop is very crammed and claustrophobic. Often prices are missing. Staff… well some are nice, some not so much. Overall an ok local convenience store but nothing to rave about.

Don't bother using them for the click and collect service. I had my package rejected and sent back to the sender. I should of checked other reviews before using them. These guys deserve their 1 star reviews

Very poor click and collect service. Their licence needs reviewing You can locate parcel by the name of the recipient's name, barcode of parcel or the Unique code that comes with the barcode. When tracking info says delivered its been delivered. They can't locate my parcel by barcode and outrightly state that it has not been delivered when I have email confirmation that it's been delivered. On this occasion after a few pushing, a staff member located just beneath their counter. All this time it was there. The click n collect service is to convenient the customer and the shop is to retain the item for up to seven days until it's collected. If you're not OK with this concept then you shouldnt be a collection point.

This place is a wicked find. Has some good Mountain Dew flavours that are hard to get elsewhere. Boss man can up his customer service though. Service kinda dead. If you're claustrophobic, don't come here. The shop stuffed up more than a XL burrito with extra extra toppings
