Having spent £11 on a taxi to attend my booked appointment for a covid & flu jab I found the pharmacy closed.
I gave this pharmacy 3 stars because I live 200 yards down the road and tried to phone them with no one answering the phones. I presumed they were overly busy with customers. I went over myself and to my surprise found no customers at all in the pharmacy. The second deducted star is when I paid with my bank card and PIN I received no receipt for the items I purchased. Even though this pharmacy is so very close to me, I don't recommend it and still prefer to travel to Far Lane Pharmacy which is only a little further from my place.

Excellent service today for my 85 year old Mum. Called in to ask about ear stringing came out an hour later with both ears syringed and a Covid jab. Staff were efficient polite friendly and respectful. You put the GP service to shame. Thank You very much.
I saw this delivery driver simply dump the car and block the road despite their being acres of room to park, to make things worse it was bin collection day and this could have been even worse. Selfish and arrogant doesn't even begin to describe the attitude demonstrated here. Engine running and vehicle abandoned is illegal as is blocking the highway.
They juat stand and talk to each other whilst your stood waiting to be seen like you have nowhere to be it's a joke. Request your medication way in advance and give you complete opposite. Even though it states its for a brain condition not just for a common cold. If you can't get in with two weeks notice just send it to a chemist that can. I then put another repeat in and still you haven't got it in stock. Worst pharmacy and it used to be the best one when the old staff was there
Shocking attitude, unprofessional and ignoring customers, whilst they chat to each other. Really poor service.

Excellent customer service. The ladies working there were kind and attentive. The surgery had yet again got my prescription wrong and it was only down to the fantastic staff at the pharmacy that I received myessential medicines on time. Thank you!
