Avoid at all costs. If you need a prescription you'll have to wait nearly a week for them to order them in. Don't think you will get them the same day because you won't! Customer service is abysmal they hardly answer the phone, and when they do you get told they are busy. Ever since the lovely lady Mandy left it has gone downhill drastically.

Very impressed by my dealings with well pharmacy at Middlewood road today. They were on the ball and set up to issue my latterly received prescription after checking. Well worth the visit.
I have just had a flu jab and it was fine. The staff at this pharmacy are marvellous. I arrived to pick up my prescription last week at 4 minutes to six. The pharmacy closes at 6pm. The staff just smiled and got my prescription, no problem. First class service from all of them, particularly the lady that gave me my jab. Thanks for the great service . Lucy.
Shocking chemist. Supposed to be convenient as next door to the doctors but are never bloody open and never answer the phone! I've now been a week without tablets I have to take everyday and all I seem to get is "Try again tomorrow" which I do keep doing, EVERY DAMN DAY. I have now changed my nominated pharmacy however the prescription I previously requested still has to be picked up from here which as above, is proving to be very difficult.
Abysmal pharmacy. They constantly cancel services and close without warning due to staff shortages. If you are reading this, do not use this pharmacy if you are registered at Middlewood doctors - they are unreliable and you cannot trust them to have your medications even with notice. How you can fail to run a successful pharmacy next to a GP surgery is beyond belief. They shouldn't be allowed to run a tap let alone somewhere that dispenses medicines.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My repeat prescription was sent to the pharmacy 13 days ago. I have never received the text message to advise it is ready so today have called the shop 21 times and each time it rings out without answering. I will no doubt have to finish work early to get there before they close at 6pm to be told it isn't ready, just like the last 2 times. Absolutely abysmal customer service.
By far and away the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Closed with no warning yesterday evening, but the sign promised they would be open at 9am today. Today nobody is there and they are referring patients to another branch, who won't answer the phone. Consistently poor ordering of medication and consistently missing items.
Very busy pharmacy but excellent caring service. They work really hard to acquire what I need and this year have bent over backwards to help me with my health problems. People may have long waits but there are national shortages for pharmacists and dispensary staff. The staff have to undergo intensive training. People who complain should cut them a bit of slack. I personally am happy to wait for the correct prescriptions products and advice. They are always pleasant even when they are being critised. People just have a bit of patience.
