   I had an excellent experience at the pharmacy. The staff were courteous, efficient, and very professional. After providing my details, I was promptly informed that my GP had just sent through my prescription, and within minutes my medication was ready. Before I left, the pharmacist kindly offered to check my blood pressure and guided me to the area near reception. I really appreciated the friendly and caring service — thank you to the whole team.

   Busy so long wait. Scripts are rarely ready when going in to collect even several says after indicated ready date... This used to be a very good pharmacy with stuff always ready and rarely any queueing but since a change of pharmacist a few years back has gone down hill significantly :(

   They used to be good with giving things on time. However, the last time in Oct 2022 I've called the Upperthorpe GP on Friday to get a prescription for my relative medication. I've been told to pick it up from the pharmacy on Monday. it was really hard to be 3 days without taking the medication as they are closed on Sat & Sun. on Monday the pharmacy said we haven't got it anything. turned to the GP & they said the pharmacy new management system is not moving smoothly yet. as a result my relative went to the hospital because even the paracode wasnt released by the pharmacy to be able to collect the medication from a different pharmacy.

   If I could give no stars I would. Almost every time I have come to pick up my prescription they are closed before their hours stated online and on the door. Today I even rang to check their opening hours to make sure I could get there in time after work and was told they would be open until 6.15pm. Low and behold at 5.20pm, I turn up to get my medication and the place is closed. It is a disgrace and needs to be addressed. People who work full time should not have to leave work early to pick up a prescription from a pharmacy that should follow their opening hours.

   Got to be the best pharmacy in Sheffield. Staff are brilliant at their job nothing is too much trouble . Have all my prescriptions sent there even though there is a chemist next to my gps surgery. Thank you to everyone who work there .
