   I called in today on a Christmas shopping date with my husband. He wanted to treat me to some new bras for Christmas as I've recently changed size and all my bras are ill-fitting at the moment and it's really affecting how I feel in my clothes. He knows this and persuaded me to go into Bravissimo so we could solve this problem. An appointment was made for me and I was told to come back in 20 minutes which I did. I waited in the waiting room for a further 40 minutes. Shop assistants came out and reassured the two other ladies that their wait wouldn't be much longer. Not one member of staff spoke to me in that 40 minutes to tell me how much longer I would be waiting. I don't mind waiting if I know how much longer I need to wait for. I do mind being ignored. Me and my husband left the shop and I'll have to go elsewhere or shop online.

   I attended the Manchester store yesterday and made an appointment for a fitting. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and was 10 days down the line after having it removed. I needed soft comfort bras and someone steady to support me. I couldn't have been more grateful for the service I received from Laura who showed me nothing but kindness and compassion throughout even when my bottom lip wobbled. It was a very confronting experience for me personally but Laura handled me with exactly the right amount of both customer service and emotional support. Will forever be grateful.

   I had my first bra fitting today for 15 years - this team are amazing. I was fitted by Penny but every single member of staff I encountered was fabulous. They were welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful in just the right way. Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️

   Drove an hour a half for a bra fitting here and it was so worth the drive! Jen my fitter was brilliant both knowledge and charisma wise (made me feel very comfortable and made me laugh, don't know what else you could ask for!) And I only needed to wait half an hour. Once you get past H its really hard to get fitted properly and ordering onlines been really hard after having a baby and everything changing. So thankyou to Jen W and the rest of your team! You'll definitely see me again! X

   Walked in to a warm welcome and got a fitting without booking. Very knowledgeable staff who fitted me with minimal fuss and a really easy going, pleasant manner that put me at ease. Walked out with a number of beautifully fitted bras and matching knickers. Not cheap but for the quality and comfort well worth it.

   Excellent service at Bravissimo Manchester today. Rihanna was superb at refitting me with a new size bra, and finding exactly what I wanted. Fantastic waiting area. Great layout and fast, efficient service. Will definitely go here again rather than buying online, really happy with my purchase.

   Visited Manchester store for the first time for a fitting. Had an amazing service. Holly was super friendly and patient. I didn't feel rushed and was able to try on lots of styles and see how each fit. Came away very happy with my purchase. The two ladies on the counter were also very friendly and welcoming. Will be returning for some more gorgeous lingerie
