   I've will be "diplomat" kind and give you my opinion. Your store deserves the one star for the following: - missing allergens for cakes - wrong prices charged on the cream ( smântână ). - cakes are displayed on an open fridge that could contaminate them - staff is not qualified to offer us some informations on the cakes regarding allergens ( she should have the training for food hygiene i gues ). Feel free to accept the reality of a true review. I have attached the image regarding the price so I can prove I'm not the one I should be affected by your response and you should be more respectful. Another one you should be more legally an update as well the time in your cashier. You should get examples from Turkish shops.

   Not the best. Not too many product choices, prices are not listed to all products, and no allergy information on cakes. Update after the answer: 1. There might be more than 600 different products, however, not seen them today. 2. It is a legal requirement for allergen information to be visible or available when asking a staff member. I'm not sure if any allergen information was displayed, but when I asked the member of the staff, the answer was as simple as "I don't know." If the information was displayed anywhere, I suppose the staff should instruct me to read it, right? Or at least to know or to try to give an answer on my enquiry. 3. Some of the cakes are £2.99, while some are £3.99. There is no clear displayed price for each. 4. The cream was £2.49 on a small label, but at the till we were chargerld £2.99. Probably a friendly advice from a customer is to pay some attention to little details as these can bring you low ratings. I have lowered the rating from 3 to 1 star.

   Our Local Romanian Shop.... I don't do 5 stars but honestly this small groceries shop! do deserve it.!! As the staff are so friendly and kind and yoy will find anything from Romanian and they do have the Butchers in the back for meat eaters. A shop that i do recommend it to check it out even for Vegetarian as they have pastries and biscuits home make. Just ask Can't wait to pop in again

   This family run shop is a treasure that I have discovered quite a while back. The products are always fresh and exactly as they would taste back home. The feeling that I get each time I step in is amazing. It feels like I am home even though I am 2500 km away. This is definitely a shop that I would recommend for everyone who loves to experience the food culture of other countries and for Romanians who miss the feeling of home.
