The pharmacy has gone severely downhill over the last few months. Every time I go in for something there is an issue. Either they can’t find what I want, the prescription hasn’t been sent (when it has), the pharmacist is on lunch, they don’t have enough stock….the list is endless. Very poor service.
Incompetent pharmacy, missing medications and emergency prescription request not received. I submitted a request for emergency prescription because I ran out without realising and they said they hadn't received the request. I tried another pharmacy and they received the request immediately and I was able to get my prescription. Also, they didn't pack another medication last time I was there, luckily I checked before I left the shop. Your local pharmacy should be helpful not difficult like Wells Dore.

Well stocked with essentials. Good dispensing pharmacy. The service has very much improved recently.
Long queues with no one even acknowledging you. Quite chaotic set up so it’s hard to tell where to queue. Very much get the impression it’s a local pharmacy for local people. Others not welcome.
I would like to give a big shout to the staff at well pharmacy Dore the ladies are always so helpful and give great advice if there is anything you need to know. The Pharmacist always says hello and if he’s got a minute will ask how you are. So can’t thank them enough for all their help Nick wilson
A big shout out for Srij, pharmacy manager - patient, helpfull and knowledgeable. This is the only chemist in walking distance for Dore, so the pharmacy is often overwhelmed with prescriptions for the village residents. Despite being relentlessly busy, I find the staff will always go the extra mile to help if they can. A big well done to them all.
the staff was rude and literally just said "what" when i came in and they were stood there looking at each others phones when i was waiting for about 20 mins. customer service was just bad. prescription had been there for days and they still hadnt had it ready
The Well pharmacy has always provided a good and friendly service, up until now. They have employed the rudest male person possible, I have myeloma cancer, and through various other illnesses so I always make sure that I order my medicine in time to receive for when I need it. I ordered my repeat prescription online last Thursday. So when I wanted to make sure, it would be delivered by Tuesday (10/11/20, and had this new male assistant on the phone. He said that the medicine would be delivered the next day or by the latest today 12/11/20. I knew that I was already missing out on some of my urgent medicines, but I understood that they are busy. So when I phoned back today, I had the same assistant on the phone, telling me that the medicine would now not be delivered until tomorrow, unless I could someone to collect it for me. I told him that I am missing out on some of my important medicine, and that the only person I know here is my lovely neighbour, who is in her seventies and did not really wanted to ask for help again. He then just said, well then you have no choice, the medicine will be delivered tomorrow. No apology for the further delay was given. If this service continues, I will have no further choice than calling the NHS and ask them to get it delivered by them. I will also speak to his manager as I cannot be the only one who he is driving away with his abrupt and rude attitude.
