Today I was shopping in your store and unfortunately the price did not match the product. The manager, Daniela, was very polite and resolved the issue quickly. Thank you for the good service.

Just been waiting outside Lidl since 06.55 - the website says it opens at 7am. Loads of customers waiting. The store is well and truly shut. How unprofessional and incompetent. I'll be doing my big Xmas shop now well away from Lidl.

No doubt, Lidl is one of the most talented, dynamic, and competitive discount stores in the UK. Here are some recent observations about my local Lidl: • Since the Brexit fallout, prices have surged—some by nearly 100%. For example, 750ml of olive oil used to be around £2.75 but is now £5.65. In many cases, prices have stayed the same, but the package size has been reduced by half. • The queues at the tills can be horrendous. They haven’t done much to address this, apart from introducing self-service checkouts. • Non-food products have been removed from this store. • The car park often gets taken over by neighbours, especially on Fridays. On the positive side: • Opening hours have improved—now 7 AM to 10 PM. • They’ve expanded their range of Mediterranean vegetables and foods. • Service remains as good as ever—well-disciplined and well-organised. I’ll update as things evolve.

Well stocked. Prices are good. Best time to shop, I find, between 10-2 in the week, as it's not too busy. Staff at this branch are particularly friendly and helpful

30 min ques when I just want to buy one croissant. Half the self-checkouts are closed with people queing with enormous piles of shopping. Left without buying and wont go back.

Ah dear where do I begin. To start with the staff are extremely rude, unhelpful and look like they don't want to be there. The line for self check out was stupidly long and the lady was unhelpful. She was sat on her phone having a video call helping no-one. To see her roll her eyes and egnore people's call for help. There are only ever one or 2 tills opened so if you want to buy a loaf of bread with cash expect a long wait! The shelves are regularly empty. The prices have shot up not a little but alot. The rows with household bits are always broken, never stickered well enough with prices, if snickered at all. For someone who's lived here 12 years I sadly miss waitress however not the prices! Your staff seem to be clearly mistreated. The things I could say about this store would be endless

To be completely honest with you, I really dislike Lidl stores, nothing I want to buy is ever there, but they have some pretty darn fine bakery, so I can look the other way. I don't see any actual issue with the store though, which is why I give it 5 stars. Personal preference is personal preference.

Pretty good store - efficient staff - the car parking system is not clearly explained and the scanner does not work sometimes. I'd give the store a higher rating but the steaks I bought had not been sealed properly in their packaging so leaked blood everywhere. (This has happened before to me with salmon and cod) . Fortunately the steaks were okay, unlike the salmon which I had to throw away, but it was a messy inconvenience. The food though is tasty and good value - just advise you check the packaging on the chilled stuff.

I love that this new Lidl is close by for people that live in the surrounding area as opposed to walking 1.5 miles into Bromley high street. I recently got the frozen Berry daiquiri from sunrise and it taste so bomb. Very affordable and perfect on a hot day!!! I’ve had like 3 of them in one go. That’s how good it is. I will give this Lidl branch 4 stars because they can be slow on restocking items in the shop.
