I showed him the message from 111 emergency prescription and he doesn’t want to serve me my prescription???!!!! For no reason and my sugar levels have gone highly because of him he refused to help me terrible pharmacy don’t go there

We visited this extraordinary Well Pharmacy shop more than 10 times in the past 14 months & I found that ALL OF THE STAFF were EXCELLENT, SUPER FRIENDLY, POLITE, HELPFUL, PATIENT, ENTHUSIASTIC & FLAWLESS, including the shop manager, Sarah, Kaitalin, etc & they have been always doing the best they can enabling every customer to be highly appreciated, impressed, satisfied, comfortable, confident, happy with their services! I’m so proud of them serving the patients & customers who live around S2 1SL to the fullest & I do owe them one…..trillion cuz they made my day every time I visited their TERRIFIC PHARMACY! Everything goes well with you brilliant mates!
I called them a month ago am waiting for a call back,2 weeks now am trying to get a appointment number always busy or no answer should I just die in bed and forget about medical assistance in this country??
The pharmacy is joke! Made me wait an hour only to tell me that they didn't have my medication in. They text you to say your prescription is ready to collect but it isn't or it's not even in stock. They never answer the phone. I have complained about the pharmacy to no avail. Very unprofessional, especially when they are making off the prescriptions. I have started to get my prescriptions elsewhere.
WELL PHARMACY Over the past four or five months, this pharmacy has functioned in a manner that could be described as inefficient, incompetent, and indifferent. They don't send sms to inform the patient that the prescription is ready for collection, and when they do - it's often after the prescription has been collected! The prescriptions are often late. The prescriptions are not always properly made up, i.e. medications are missing. No one seems to answer the phone. Medications are piled up on the counter, and it takes some time for the assistant/pharmacist to find them: at times, people have been told to come back tomorrow/later because the prescription cannot be found. Patient(s) have come to collect prescription(s) only to be told that they are not ready yet - even though the pharmacy had informed the patient(s) that the prescription(s) was ready for collection. A truly terrible pharmacy!
Tries to get help, but staff do nothing, just pass the book and my issues go unresolved. Also had clashes on phone with staff for talking down to me. Not the best doctors by a long shot. When I said they were bad, I was told to switch surgeries. WOW. update: They NEVER answer the phones, tried to chase up my medication because they simply do not deliver my medication on time anymore. I am constantly running out, I try to order early to compensate but doctors won't allow it to go through. I cannot win and I am getting very depressed over it. NOT HEALTHY!!
Very despondent patient, had a call back from a doctor for a sick note for mental health and fibromyalgia flare up which I have been dealing with for the last 3 months (alone). Needed help from my gp because couldn't get the pain under control and causing my mental health to escalate, only to be told she didn't want to give me a further sick note (eventhough my work and my mental health team through work has recommended the time needed off work to recover) I am discusted in the conversation I had on the phone this morning leaving me destroyed, disheartened and alone. I thought my doctor was there to advise and help in a time that I was desperate for. Reluctantly I got my sick note from her and have been informed that I will have to go back to work on her instruction. Hopefully in 2 weeks time I will know whether my mental health and constant pain knows when to stop in the next 2 weeks. This is your Great NHS kind caring and considerate that went out of the window!!!!!
First class service received from all. The Chemist is excellent, always ready to help and advise. They look after my elderly mum wonderfully. So nice, so friendly, so thoughtful. I do not know how they cope, as they have so many rude customers, but they do. Thank you to all.
I cannot complain about this doctors they have been looking after me and my son's for a while now and always been given the best off care and they have been so supportive over this past year xx
