   Sold me a kids balance bike for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. 3 days later they emailed to say they didn’t actually have one for over 2 months. By this time it made it difficult finding the bike elsewhere in time for her birthday and ended up costing us £25 more to expedite delivery.

   Absolutely amazing service. Made the mistake of buying an ebike from a competitor bike store in Wakefield who completely fluffed up the setup to the point my new £9000 bike was dangerous and unrideable. Luke was recommended at Cycle Gear in Halifax so I travelled over and they sorted everything out like a Formula 1 team. So fast and thorough. I have now found a great store to look after my bike problems and servicing for the future. Luke is the king of bike mechanics, if there was a world champion at fixing bikes it would be Luke not Joe. Great team, great store, Luke 10 out of 10, Joe 9.5 out of 10.

   Today I bought a bike online and a few hours after the purchase I got an email that unfortunately they are returning my money because someone paid more.This behavior is not professional. You have sold your honor for a few £. Shame!!!
