   I strongly believe that customer service could be much better. I believe that what an assistant says to someone could be thought about. For example instead of saying does anyone pay in a loud voice which I believe to be quite embarrassing maybe asking whether anyone has an exemption for paying such as being medically exempt could be a much nicer way of asking about payment particularly when it is actually on the prescription whether you pay or not.

   My repeat prescription hadn't gone through for some reason (my phone having issues possibly)- the staff were so helpful and gave me advice on what to do next. Once I was waiting for the GP approval to come through, the staff kept checking in for me and stayed on it right to the end of the day. They were really kind about it and they deserve a gold star for the help they gave me

   Very friendly staff and the service is good too they email me when my prescription is ready to collect. I would have given it 5 stars but they don't open on Saturdays just the morning would be good

   Outrageously ineffective as a chemist. Rude, selfish and indifferent. Over staffed but still can't be bothered to serve and don't dare ask a question or you'll be publicly ridiculed. Can't under any circumstances get a prescription right first time so be prepared to make multiple trips and beg for what you need .

   Since the Pandemic started. The Doctors and Chemists have a very Good excuse not too pull there weight. Any problems it’s the Pandemic’s fault. In October my wife put a Prescription in. She got a message about a week later. I went to fetch it. It was a small bag to watch she is accustomed too. She opened the Bag and there were Quite a few things missing. I rang to tell them about the missing items. They said it was all given. I rang the Doctor’s. But everything has to go through the Receptionist’s. They said that everything was issued at there end. The Chemist was adamant my Wife had everything. But She was missing vital medication. She put in another prescription on Friday last week. I rang Wednesday this week it was ready to pick up. So I went up just before Lunchtime and I was given Two Bags one dated the first week in October. I said that’s the One my Wife was missing and You Were adamant that She had Received it. No apology. The other was the one i put in last Week. You Are Playing With Peoples Lives iIF You Don’t Know Your Job. Get Out. And Find another one. The Doctors are a Waste of Space. Money for Old Rope. It’s the Pandemic.

   Just not a well managed pharmacy. Prescription are sent straight from the doctors, which seems like a good idea. But they take an age to process them and the staff are not what you'd call welcoming when you go in there. Better off printing the Prescription and taking to a different pharmacy and wait to collect, you'd be better off in long run.

   Having battled with the front door (not disabled friendly) and a wheelchair, I was asked to go out as there were 2 people already in the shop. I had not seen a person already waiting the other side of the shop because of the shelving down the middle. Then my mum-in-law was told she needed to pull her mask up or she couldn't be serve, as was the customer behind us. It's not what was said so much as how it was said. Sharp, verging on aggressive! Let's hope this young lady serving never has to care for someone in a wheelchair or indeed use one herself. Shocking customer service. Shame as it has the monopoly and it always used to be so friendly!
