   Poor - told would need to collect same day urgent antibiotics for a 3 year old child from another pharmacy because the pharmacist was too busy doing flu jabs all day so they didn't know when they'd have time to give out any medication. Not acceptable

   Absolutely horrific waiting times to speak to someone on the phone. I had to wait for more than 10 minutes on the phone to get through to them (whilst being "caller number 1 in the queue" the whole time). When someone finally bothered to pick up they then hung up on me. I then tried calling again and waited almost half an hour before giving up. I'd recommend Boots in Broomhill over this pharmacy.

   Had an issue with my prescription not being issued by the doctors. Completely understand these things happen, just human error ☺️Asked for it to be sent to this pharmacy instead of my usual. Went in on the off chance it might have got there the same day. I wasn’t expecting them to have it or it to be ready. Was done within 2 minutes of me getting there on the same day as requesting from the GP. Amazing, efficient service! Lovely staff. Can’t recommend enough.

   The discrimination against people for not being able to wear a mask is absolutely disgusting. People reporting (snitching) to staff about none maskers is appalling. When someone is exempt it should not be questioned, it should be accepted, no one has the right to ask or query why!

   I was really shocked to hear from my mother that your chemist - of all shops - does not appear to be adhering to social distancing guidelines. She felt unsafe to enter as there were 4 people standing close together at the counter and others in the shop with no one way system obvious or signage. I hope this is going to be rectified soon.
