Was on the phone for way over 30mins trying to ask whether they had a particular medication in stock. I was apparently first in line but nobody answered.
Just like another customer review on here, been first in line on the telephone for well over 30 minutes. Waste of time
Shame they don't answer the telephone.. I have now been 1st in line for 32 minutes !! I understand busy but this is ridiculous
Very good pharmacy
What a great asset to our local community. Such a shame that this last traditional and long established pharmacy is scheduled to close. We will miss being able to use this wonderful service. Best wishes to the team for the future.
I went into the Ranmoor Pharmacy today to enquire about a particular face cream; they didn’t have it in stock so the lovely lady checked and varied this on line and was able to order the product for me, she was so friendly and approachable, a real credit to the company.
