Placed an order for a SUP board. It has been lost between them and DHL have been waiting 11 days since DHL stated they have received it. Bluefin customer service has not been helpful and the only contact updates has been from me chasing them, their last update reply to my chasing was 17/09/2025 today is 22/08/2025 and I have had to chase them with another email. They have also currently refused to refund my money stating they need the results from their courier investigation. That is for them to sort out and nothing to do with me. Will definitely be advising potential customers to shop elsewhere.
I’m really confused here. I own the original carbon cruise many years back the rails are coming unglued I can understand even with care over time it happens however in the past 2 yrs I’ve wanted to update to the new carbon cruise and for the past 2 yrs the US website is been sold out on everything and nothing to date has been restocked what gives? Tariffs? No longer selling from the US ?
Loved our 2023 Bluefin 10'8 Cruise, but the 2024 model that I've just bought had 3 fins which don't clip in. When I reported this to Bluefin, they suggestedI use fin clips and screw these in. This obviously isn't what I want to be doing on a brand new SUP. I am now exchanging the SUP and hope that quality issues don't exist throughout this 2024 range.
The Quality of the SUP is the worst, all the glued joints came loose, the rudders were rusty after ten times at the sea, no reimbursement only the good advice that I should glue it myself together- never again
