   First started using this pharmacy about 3 years ago and at the beginning it was a first class service. Always thought when it got popular and more busy that this wouldn't be the case. This appears to be the case now. At the beginning I explained I had an external letterbox and I would have to be in to receive a delivery. No problem it would be 4 o'clock onwards which was the case, so far so good. Further down the line I would get a phone call anytime of the day to say you weren't in and tried to deliver medication whilst I was at work. Last couple of visits part of medication has been forcibly pushed into the letterbox and damaged packaging. The other part which wouldn't fit left on step and got wet in rain. Last time same happened and one item out of three missing. No communication where it was. Rang the pharmacy who explained there was a shortage and were trying to source it. Why no communication? Twice rang again and the same explanation. Not what I call good service.

   Fantastic pharmacist. Snow day - every other chemist shut, completely manic but went above & beyond helping meds sorted so not left over weekend. Kept in touch through the day & delivered to the door personally giving a touch rarely seen these days. Many thanks and gratitude for his help today.
