This Pharmacy is the best one I've ever used. The Pharmacist (Gill) is wonderful - full of knowledge, very eager to help, and very friendly and approachable. And the rest of the staff are lovely and super efficient. Top class Pharmacy.
Busy basic little pharmacy. I went today for a covid booster and it was full of old dears waiting to be jabbed. Staff were pleasant enough, other reviews stated they've been rude but I found them the opposite. I reckon the bad reviews are by privileged pensioners who haven't got anything better to do. The nurse who gave me the booster was lovely too.
Convenient for flu jab, but booking 10 people for the same appointment time does not make for a healthy or happy waiting room.
Friendly attentive staff with a great system for identifying prescriptions. Better than any other Pharmacies in a 5 mile radius.
Excellent, booked my COVID booster here. I was greeted by a very personable assistant who asked me to take a seat and I would be seen soon. I was by the most charming nurse. She really put me at ease and I found the whole experience helpful . Wish it was my local pharmacy.
I used to be extremely happy with the service here but after the pharmacist changed I will most likely be moving somewhere else. I get regular prescriptions for my son who suffers with eczema and the pharmacist is rude and takes her awful mood out people. I simply asked when I can expect the cream that my son depends on and she shouted across the pharmacy abruptly telling me that I just have to wait. I didn’t want the cream there and then I guess I just wanted normal communication. Awful service to be honest I wouldn’t make this your regular place if your looking for a regular pharmacy

Rudest service I’ve ever witnessed. One man shouted at by the pharmacist and when he politely asked a question he was told to stop being rude. Then the next customer was shouted at in front of a shop full of customers for having something delivered to the shop. While I waited to be served the pharmacist complained and berated the customers as she was dispensing in the back in full view and hearing of other customers. The whole atmosphere was rude and profoundly unprofessional. People come to the pharmacy when they are unwell and in need of support and the two ladies I saw certainly need training in a more empathetic customer service. Thank goodness it’s not my regular chemist.
Always friendly but so unbelievably slow. They don't answer the phone, so you can’t check if a prescription is ready to collect. Lots of times items aren’t available.
Visited this morning to collect prescription. Only person in shop. 3 staff on duty. 2 presumably dispensing prescriptions. Sales assistant unloading crates behind counter. I was left unacknowledged for 3 to 4 minutes. Sales assistant then answered phone in preference to serving me but did acknowledge i was there and would serve me next. Felt i was invisible!!! Once served transaction was smooth. Feel that some customer service training is required. After all there are many alternatives
