   I have a long term medical condition & I'd been involved with a previous pharmacy for prescriptions for 30yrs+ but after a lot of problems with dispensing the prescriptions (I assume to a change in management) I changed to Lo's Pharmacy. I've been going there for about 4yrs. The staff are always very helpful & efficient. I've only had 1 problem & it was resolved immediately with no detriment to my health.

   the lady at the till is so rude I had to go to the covid hub as I had a chest infection and was prescribed antibiotics so she said I needed to come back after 15 mins and not to wait inside because I had been to the covid hub, I explained to her that I have a chest infection and will be back in 15 mins. when I came back I was waiting outside for another 15 mins before I went inside because they knew I was there but were ignoring me they eventually gave me my medicine and said would bring the card machine outside to me to pay, so when I was waiting the lady came and locked the door so I rang to say I was waiting but no one answered so I had to come home because they were really ignoring me and acting like im non existing just because I've been to the covid hub.

   I have found all the staff who have served me very pleasant and helpful. Our prescriptions are sent there every month by our GP and are always ready on time. The pharmacist has answered my questions when ever I have asked for some advice. Pleased to continue to use them.
