   My father in law had his prescription changed whilst he was in hospital and they didnt send him home with enough medication for 2 weeks as they are supposed to do. The assistant over the telephone Sowmya, was very sympathetic and understanding regarding the medication changes. She organised the reordering and delivery of the new medication very quickly. She had a very warm friendly and polite manner. In fact all of the call handlers I spoke to were very polite and helpful. Thank you so much, for sorting this problem for us we are extremely grateful. Helping ease the worry for elderly parents.

   The staff and pharmacist are truly client centred. My mum has recently been discharged from hospital, the staff had gone over and above checking when she was discharged and back home, contacting her GP to ensure that her medications are up to date and delivery would resume. Helpful, kind and caring people. Thank you very much.

   Honestly best decision I’ve made switching to this pharmacy as I am a very busy person having my medication delivered is a blessing, the staff are wonderful over the phone, my medication is always on time and i can always rely on the staff to advise me on which medication to switch to if need be.
