I’m a very regular long standing customer of Oakbrook pharmacy and I have always found all the staff to be very helpful with their service and advice ... I especially must mention ANITA who serves everyone with a smile ,even when incredibly busy , which during the pandemic was an understatement ! Always courteous , friendly ,professional and giving clear helpful advice always without rushing her very diverse group of customers .Thank you very much for your excellent service .
Totally efficient and professional service, always helpful staff, and a pleasure to visit. If only parking were easier! I don't see how this pharmacy could improve. The staff have sometimes gone out of their way to help me. Edit: frequently no pharmacist, so downgraded stars.
Since changing to them from other pharmacies I have had excellent service which I cannot say about the others!
I was prescribed urgent medication, on site it says they are open on Saturday until 1 pm. I visited at 9 am and it was closed. That means I will be without essential medication (antibiotics and steroids)until Wednesday 28th.
Came in just before Christmas when there was a big queue, and the staff continued to be friendly, helpful and generally wonderful as they have been all year round. Thank you.
